Charlie Sheen, former star of “Two and a Half Men,” is scheduled to talk to Matt Lauer on NBC’s “Today” show Tuesday morning about his health. Several celebrity and entertainment websites, including People.com, TMZ and “Entertainment Tonight,” are reporting Sheen is going to disclose that he is HIV-positive. The actor, who turned 50 in September, has a history of substance abuse and has admitted to soliciting prostitutes.
